2 years agoThe first time I was here I was over charged. I complained the waiter told me it was a mistake. Second time I was over charged again. And rude lady said it was a mistake from same waiter. I asked why should I over pay for there mistake. I also explain that same happened the first time I came. The rude, badly behaved lady said i should bare it. I’m sure they know exactly what they’re doing. Never again.

2 years agoI’m in Houston for a prayer convention and ordered food from this restaurant, asked for amala and was sent pounded yam through Uber eat, I ordered suya and non was sent to me but I was charged. My experience in all totality was bad. Will definitely not be recommending this restaurant to anyone. The dishonesty is astounding.. wasted over $90 on bad service.

3 years agoI went there for the first time and had a great experience with the owner... She had a great attitude to start and she explained everything that I was inquiring about. Very patient. And the food was so good. I will be back. I live on the north side but, I will travel to eat there. Thank you for the for the experience... And pricing was good

4 years agoGot excited about eating Suya and my husband got some chicken. This was the worst experience I've had in any African restaurant. The food was old and very dry. My husband couldn't even bite into his chicken. My Suya was very dry and hard. We ended up throwing everything away. Waste of money, time, and effort.

4 years agoOrdered this on Uber Eats It was quite literally the worst Uber eats order and African food I've ever had. And it was way overpriced. The texture and taste of the food seems like it's a few days old. Definitely not fresh food. The grilled chicken was very dry, same for the suya. the order of plantain was $3.5 and only had about 5 slices of plantain. horrible food. never going back, and I do not recommend it.

5 years agoWhen i first started ordering from here, the food was great. However, lately the quality of the food has been unreliable. When the food is fresh (made the same day and refrigerated), it is delicious, but there are times i can tell the soups and meat are either old or have been sitting out. I guess I’ll have to specify that I’d like the food fresh from now on.

5 years agoI doordashed some Designer Stew with Rice and Goat Meat Pepper Soup yesterday omg food was delicious like i have no other words than it was delicious i couldn’t even stop eating for a sip of water
